1. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, contact our Customer Support immediately via phone, email, or live chat, and confirm cancellation through your order page.
100% Refund: Cancel before a writer is assigned.
Up to 70% Refund: Writer assigned, and less than half of the deadline time has passed.
Up to 50% Refund: More than half the deadline time has passed.
Up to 30% Refund: After delivery, if paper is not downloaded and cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control.
Note: Orders cannot be cancelled once the paper is delivered. Refunds must then be requested via the Quality Guarantee process.
2. Duplicate Payments and Orders
Duplicate Payments: Contact us with both receipts for a full refund of the extra charge.
Duplicate Orders: Cancel the unwanted order before writer assignment to qualify for a full refund; otherwise, standard refund policies apply.
3. Late Delivery Refunds
If your order is late, notify Support immediately via your order page.
Price adjustments for late first drafts (e.g., 8-hour order delivered late will be recalculated to 24-hour price).
Fixed percentage refunds for longer deadlines (e.g., 7% for late 14-day orders).
Full refund if the late paper is rejected. Delays due to your late submission of materials void lateness refunds.
4. Revisions and Refunds
Revision deadlines differ and do not qualify for late refunds. If dissatisfied, request a free revision, a new writer, or a partial refund.
5. Partial Refund Requests
Submit requests within 14 days of approval using the “Request Refund” button. Receive an editable version and provide detailed evidence within 14 days. Refunds up to 40% may be granted. Requests without evidence in 14 days will be canceled.
6. Full Refund Requests
Available if fully dissatisfied and order not approved. Submit within 14 days of delivery. Delivered content will be published online with a backlink to PenCraftique. Approved orders qualify only for partial refunds.
Progressive Delivery Orders
Refunds and revisions apply only to the most recent part. Approved parts cannot be disputed. The progressive delivery fee is non-refundable.
8. Writer Preferences and Extras
If premium writer unavailable, the extra fee is refunded.
Source copy fees are non-refundable after delivery unless copies are missing.
9. Refund Processing Time
Payment and cancellation refunds: 4–6 business days.
Quality-related refunds: Up to 14 business days.
Bank processing times may vary.
10. Avoiding Refunds
To avoid refund situations:
- Provide clear, complete instructions.
- Communicate regularly with your writer.
- Contact Support immediately for assistance.
11. No Writer Found
If no writer matches your requirements, you may:
Extend your deadline while we search, or Receive a full refund if no writer is found in time.
12. Order Approval and Refund Eligibility
You have 14 days to approve your order. If no action is taken, the order auto-approves. Partial refunds can be requested within 14 days after approval.
